The School of Business and Communication Arts , University of Phayao, extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Nattawat Sriwan, a third-year student in the New Media Communication Program, who, as a member of the Frame Hunters team, has been selected by Thai PBS as one of the final 20 teams in the VIPA Pitching Project 2026, a national documentary incubation program held under the theme “The Power of Human: Behind the Scene.”
This achievement reflects the student's creativity, potential, and capabilities in documentary production, particularly in communicating meaningful stories and showcasing the power of ordinary people through compelling visual storytelling.
The 20 selected teams will participate in an intensive workshop programme designed to strengthen their skills in documentary production, cinematic storytelling, and creative content development under the guidance of industry professionals before proceeding to the next stage of the project.
The VIPA Pitching Project 2026 is a national incubation programme for young creators of short documentaries and documentary films aged 18–23 from across Thailand. Under the theme “The Power of Human: Behind the Scene,” the project aims to foster and enhance the potential of the younger generation in producing inspiring documentaries that reflect the diverse dimensions and values of humanity. The programme is supported by the Broadcasting, Television and Telecommunications Research and Development Fund for Public Interest (BTFP).
