The School of Business and Communication Arts (BCA), University of Phayao, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Thanyathip Kharuhayothin, Dean of the School, recently held its first meeting with program chairs following the appointment of the new executive administration.
During the meeting, the Dean presented flowers to congratulate faculty members who were recently promoted to the academic rank of Assistant Professor. The honored faculty members included Assistant Professor Dr. Tarika Pollok, Assistant Professor Dr. Apinyaporn Sopa, Assistant Professor Dr. Wiwan Sukcharoen Keskaew, and Assistant Professor Dr. Kittisak Sripairot.
The meeting was held on 15 May 2026 at the BCA, University of Phayao. The session served as an opportunity for the Dean to introduce the school’s strategic direction and operational policies to program chairs from all academic programs.
Key priorities highlighted during the meeting included enhancing academic quality, advancing internationalization, integrating AI into teaching and learning, and redesigning curricula to align with future workforce competencies. The Dean also emphasized the importance of good governance and collaborative leadership in driving the school toward becoming a future-oriented and globally connected institution.
